Monitor all your tills at one time — current and net sales, discounts, voids, cancellations, refunds, ‘no sales’, account payments, and hourly sales. Also, keep on top of your cash flow: monitor how much cash is in each till drawer at any one time, and quickly and easily define all takings by tender type — whether cash, cheque, voucher, credit card etc. You can even carry out a full EOD on each individual terminal, without leaving your office.

When members of staff weigh loose goods, it reduces the risks of fraud and error. Weighing them at the checkout means fewer assistants and increased display space on your self-service counters. CES Touch is accredited by the National Weights and Measures Laboratory. By linking any Opos scale to the EPOS terminal, it enables the automatic calculation of price to be performed at the point of sale. For your customers, there’s just one queue, no worries about trying to use self-service scales, and a quick and easy shopping experience.

Link direct to Booker

CES Touch gives you the option to link direct to Booker, the UK’s leading wholesaler for independent retailers. Your order information is sent direct from the software to the Booker ordering service. It speeds up the process at every stage. Once received, the goods can be checked against the original order, which, along with the bill, is archived automatically within the software system.

Easy set-up and servicing

All contracts are taken care of with one simple form, and there is no need for invoices or additional paperwork. The money collected is deducted twice-weekly, in one lump sum, direct from your business bank account — net of your commission, of course.

No extra work

The only difference you’ll notice to the day-to-day running of your business is to its bottom line. E Top-ups and E Vouchers eliminate potential theft problems, and with no physical stock to hold, there are no shrinkage or stock-loss issues. Each transaction is simple and fast, taking typically less than 10 seconds.

The detail

There are two ways customers can top up their mobiles using CES ETopUp:

E Top-up

E Top-up is a swipe card already registered to the customer’s phone. The customer tells you how much credit they wish to buy; you swipe their card, enter the required value in your till, then print out a receipt. The mobile operator immediately tops up the customer’s phone with the additional minutes***. Simple.

E Voucher

E Voucher is an electronically produced mobile phone voucher. You simply select the customer’s mobile network provider from the ETopUp menu, and choose the requested top-up amount from your till. This time, a unique reference code is printed out on the receipt. The customer activates their airtime by entering this code into their phone. It really is that easy.
